
The name live4-1life came about in memory of a loved one who was killed suddenly in a road crash involving a heavy goods vehicle in London. She was killed at the age of 41, and 7 days short of her 42nd birthday.
Live 4-1life values and supports people to live life to their fullest. It aims to achieve this through:
Wellbeing – developing a sense of community by working in partnership with charities, community groups and organisations.
Education – Encouraging growth and development through supportive education and training.
Recreation- Experiencing outdoor recreation activities that excite, stimulate and challenge.
We are are a team with over 20 years experience in education and training, fitness and health and mountain leading.
